Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for Freno wallet top-ups and paid sessions. By using Freno, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Automatic Session Refunds

  • Sessions under 60 seconds are automatically refunded to your wallet
  • Refunds are credited in the same wallet currency used for the session
  • No manual request is required for eligible short sessions

3. Technical Issue Refunds

If a session could not be completed due to a verified technical issue on our platform (for example, app crash, connectivity failure on our servers, or payment processing error), you may qualify for a refund after review.

  • Contact support with your session ID and a brief description of the issue
  • Requests are reviewed within 7 business days
  • Approved refunds are returned to your Freno wallet unless otherwise required by law

4. Wallet Top-Ups

  • Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited, except where required by applicable law or payment gateway rules
  • Unused wallet balance may be subject to withdrawal limits for listeners as described in the app
  • Duplicate or failed payment charges are investigated with the payment provider

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Completed sessions that met the minimum duration and quality standards
  • User-side connectivity or device issues outside our control
  • Violations of community guidelines resulting in session termination
  • Change of mind after a valid session has started and continued beyond the automatic refund window

6. How to Request a Refund

Email ironanuragyadav@gmail.com or use the in-app support options with:

  • Your registered phone number or user ID
  • Session ID or transaction reference
  • Date, time, and reason for the refund request
