How do I become a listener?
Download the app, select "Become a Listener" during registration, complete the verification process including a voice sample, and wait for approval.
Is my identity really anonymous?
Yes! We don't require real names, photos, or identifying information. You use an avatar and can speak freely without revealing your identity.
How do refunds work?
Sessions under 60 seconds are automatically refunded. For other issues, contact support with your session details and we'll review within 7 days.
What if I have a bad experience?
Use the in-app report feature during or after a session. You can also block users to prevent future matches. Our safety team reviews all reports.
