1. Service description: Freno provides a platform for users to connect with listeners for emotional support through chat, voice, and video sessions on a pay-per-minute basis using a prepaid wallet in INR.
2. Not a regulated professional service: Freno and its listeners do not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The service is for emotional support and social listening only. Users in crisis are directed to seek qualified professional or emergency help.
3. Prohibited categories: The application does not offer gambling, betting, real-money gaming, lottery, adult or sexually explicit content, escort services, dating-for-pay, or any product or service prohibited by Google Play, payment partners, or applicable law.
4. User safety: The platform includes reporting, blocking, moderation, and session safety measures. Reported content may be reviewed for policy enforcement.
5. Payments: All user payments are for legitimate digital services. Wallet recharge and per-minute session charges are transparently displayed in INR before use.
6. Pricing disclosure: Per-minute session rates in INR are:
   • Chat: ₹0/min (minimum) to ₹2/min (maximum)
   • Voice: ₹0/min (minimum) to ₹5/min (maximum)
   • Video: ₹0/min (minimum) to ₹12/min (maximum)
7. Assumption of risk: Users acknowledge that conversations are with independent listeners and that outcomes depend on individual interaction. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis.
