I, Premsheela Yadav, Proprietor of AY TECH LABS, having its registered office at Flat/Door No. 9/10, AY Homes, U Block, U Block - 78 9/10, Gurugram, Haryana - 122002 (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-HR-05-0195893), hereby declare and confirm the following in respect of the mobile application and website branded as Freno (https://baatein.online):

1. Marketplace nature: Freno operates as a digital marketplace that connects end-users with independent listeners who provide emotional support and social listening services through chat, voice call, and video call sessions.
2. Independent service providers: Listeners on the platform are independent service providers. They are not employees of AY TECH LABS. They set their per-minute rates within platform limits and deliver services directly to users through the application.
3. Platform role: AY TECH LABS provides the technology platform, user verification, payment collection, wallet management, moderation, customer support infrastructure, and operational services. The platform charges a commission on completed sessions.
4. Pricing model: Users recharge their wallet in INR and are charged on a pay-per-minute basis. Current platform rates are:
   • Chat: minimum ₹0/min, maximum ₹2/min
   • Voice: minimum ₹0/min, maximum ₹5/min
   • Video: minimum ₹0/min, maximum ₹12/min
   The applicable rate is displayed to the user before each session begins.
5. Permitted services: The platform is intended solely for emotional support, social interaction, and listening services. It is not used for gambling, betting, gaming-for-money, adult content, escort services, or any prohibited category.
6. Compliance: AY TECH LABS shall operate the platform in accordance with applicable Indian laws, app-store policies, and payment-gateway requirements.
